Our responsibility

ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES

Our planet
Our responsibility.

Living in a world of resource scarcity, global labor work and plenty of environmental challenges, we see it as our responsibility to implement sustainability measurements into the companies we are invested in as well as into our own business practice.

The three ESG pillars Environment, Social Responsibility and Governance are no longer optional but have become a mandatory obligation which we take very seriously.

That is why DUBAG is a signatory of the PRI (Principles of Responsible Investment) organization. PRI promotes integrating ESG perspectives into the investment process and an active ownership policy. As a member, compliance with the PRI is a natural part of the investment strategy.

SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT

Our society.
Our involvement.

Our social responsibility not only includes personal development strategies within our portfolio companies but also comprises thorough checks of our supplier chain with regard to labor practice and social commitment.

In order to truly be sustainable and socially responsible, a long term approach is a necessity. We pride ourselves in learning along each step of the way and constantly challenging ourselves to perform better than yesterday.

GOVERNANCE STRATEGY

Our investment.
Our obligation.

DUBAG is a EcoVadis member company which allows us to index and continuously measure our ESG performance via 21 indicators, split into the 4 topics “Environment”, “labor practices & human rights”, “Ethics” and “sustainable sourcing”.

Our portfolio companies are on a constant mission to reduce CO2 emissions, shift to 100% green energy suppliers and invest into sustainable innovative recycling strategies. The digital change we foster in all our companies also contributes to an increase in ecological efficiency.
