Before founding DUBAG together with Michael and Christoph in 2009, he worked for the M&A department of Fresenius Medical care as well as stock-listed PE investor Arques Industries focusing on turnarounds and distressed M&A. Emanuel holds a Master in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Being a divergent thinker with a hands-on mentality, Raphael Marold pursued a distinctive double degree Master program, graduating with a Master of Science in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich and with the Grand Ecole Master in Management (specializing in International Finance, Majeure Finance) from the HEC Paris.
During his studies he gained 3 ½ years of profound experience as an Intern and Working Student at the Valuation & Strategy department at PwC as well as an Investment Banking Intern at Raymond James. Most recently, he worked as Freelance Consultant for diverse Private Equity firms.

Max started his career in PwC’s audit department and qualified as a German chartered accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) in 2016. Marvin is part of the Operations team at DUBAG. He graduated from SRH University in Heidelberg with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree specializing in special situations and turnaround management for medium-sized companies (“Mittelstand”).
Marvin brings his experience as a consultant in operational restructuring, turnaround management, as well as Commercial and Financial Due Diligence which he gained at KPMG, focusing on the areas of health care and consumer products.

He began his career at the management consultancy Oliver Wyman, focusing on technical crisis management and product cost down.
Prior to joining DUBAG, he was part of the Aurelius Operational Task Force, where he also held several interim roles, such as Plant Manager or Head of Operations.
Alexander holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.

Tim is as Operations Manager at DUBAG with extensive experience in entrepreneurial spaces as well as corporate environments.
He collected experience in advisory and project management roles in several industries and company sizes, e.g. airline, insurance, damage restoration services, plastics production.
Tim holds a degree in Business Engineering (Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and Newcastle University, NSW Australia and previously did a vocational training as bank clerk at Deutsche Bank (Bankkaufmann).

Michael is Operations Executive at DUBAG, serving as CEO, CFO or CRO.
Michael graduated from the University of Vienna as Master of Business Administration and started as a management consultant at PwC. Subsequently, after spending five years in investment banking, he moved to the industrial sector in 2010, which marked the start of Michael’s career in corporate Restructuring. For more than 10 years, Michael held various managing director positions for German, Austrian, Italian, UK and Hungarian group entities, as well as Group CFO, CRO and CEO mandates in industrial groups, both PE owned as well as privately held, with a yearly turnover between EUR 100 and 500m across Europe and worldwide. Currently, Michael is CEO of epsotech, a pan-European manufacturer of extruded plastic sheets, and together with a dedicated team, is paving the group’s path to long-term profitability, innovation, sustainability and digitization.

As CEO of companies like Irplast SpA, Nardi SpA, Fucine Film Solutions or Panapesca USA, and nowadays at SPICA, he has the field experience necessary to lead companies to success.
Through his hands-on experience with Indian, Chinese, Russian, American, and European companies, Massimo became a multicultural catalyzer for international expansion opportunities, in sectors like machinery, petrochemicals, fashion, food, technology, packaging, and last but not least financials services. Petar Angelov has been working as Head of Finance at DUBAG Group since February 2024. With his solid academic background in business administration from Munich University of Applied Sciences and advanced qualifications as a CFA Charterholder and CAIA Charterholder, Petar brings profound expertise to the financial sector. Throughout his professional career, he has acquired valuable knowledge at DTCP as a Senior Portfolio Manager focusing on portfolio management and digitalization projects, at RWB PrivateCapital Emissionshaus AG where he initiated the co-investment program in addition to his portfolio management duties, and at vonBraun&Schreiber where he built his extensive knowledge in private equity. Petar’s early career also included significant internships and trainee positions at renowned institutions such as UBS Real Estate, Commerz Finanz, Siemens Financial Services, Bayerische Landesbank, and E.On Sales & Trading, where he established a solid foundation in risk management, financial analysis, and controlling.
