In 2020, our LEO II Fund – advised by DUBAG – acquired Holzwerke Pfarrkirchen from the Finnish-Swedish conglomerate Stora Enso. The DUBAG team conducted the carve-out of the producer and distributor of structural/construction timber, establishing Holzwerke Pfarrkirchen as a successful stand-alone entity.
