DUBAG welcomes Max Fidel to the team
On July 1st 2021, Max Fidel joined the DUBAG team as Investment Professional.
Having previously worked as an M&A professional at Carlsquare and as a transaction expert at PwC, focusing on large- and mid-cap private equity clients, Max is a great fit for DUBAG´s investment team.
He graduated from the University of Regensburg with a Bachelor of Science and holds a Master of Science from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Max started his career in PwC’s audit department and qualified as a German chartered accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) in 2016.
We are delighted to welcome Max to the team and are pleased that he was already able to contribute his expertise to our most recent Schaeffler Chain Drive Business transaction. We look forward to a successful collaboration!
